Each Suite (double bedroom) is equipped with a super comfortable Queen Size bed 170x190, with a wide choice of pillows for every need, all separate from the living room ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of family and friends. 

The living room represents the heart of the apartment, it's a real gem, very bright and elegant. You'll find a comfortable large sofa, design chairs and armchair, a small library with art books. 

Direct access to the terrace with enchanting city views, to the West the majolica dome of San Paolo church is clearly visible, facing the mountains to the North towards Pittulongu, to the East a beautiful view of Tavolara island and the waterfront gardens. 

The apartment is also equipped with windows and French doors with high sound-dampening glass to offer you complete silence during relaxation moments. 

Thanks to a 65" Philips Ambilight Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, Dazn you can spend an evening of entertainment. 

There are two windowed bathrooms carefully finished and equipped, with very spacious walk-in showers, fixtures and courtesy kit with shampoo and body wash, hair dryer. 

In addition to the welcome kit, you'll find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets available. 

There is an independent windowed kitchen, with very large dining table, equipped with oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with very large freezer.
